Innovative Surface is a company specializing in the formulation, production and installation of continuous cementitious surfaces for interior and exterior coatings. Founded in 2001 by Roberta Bonomi, today it is a constantly growing company committed to the research and development of products and laying systems of high technical and aesthetic quality. However, the distinctive trait that has characterized it since its inception has remained intact: a handcrafted and “tailor-made” working method that works alongside the client from the planning phase to the realization of the commissioned works. A highly qualified staff puts its professionalism at the service of architects, companies and individuals every day, following them on the journey that leads a project to become reality.

We have been working for more than two decades pursuing an ambitious goal: to create a continuous cementitious coating that combined strength and elegance, without compromise. We wanted even the most extreme interior design project to sacrifice nothing to practicality, strength, stability over time, wear and tear, and waterproofing. Today we are proud to present IS, our successful challenge. The manifesto that represents the essence of our identity. Thus was born this high-performance material, the result of continuous research and meticulous experimentation that finally manages to reconcile the needs for the highest aesthetic performance with exceptional technical characteristics, making it one of a kind and completely incomparable with products of a similar range.

IS is a product aimed at architects, interior designers and private clients. The in-house technical studio collaborates with numerous architects and designers and supports them in defining custom solutions and drafting specifications for all works involving IS cladding. Similarly, the studio participates in the definition of unique furniture elements such as washbasins, bathtubs, and showers that are completely tailor-made and uniformly clad. Usage solutions are not limited to bathrooms but can be applied to all rooms in the home and to numerous furniture elements such as shelves, countertops, and stairs. Given the durability and scenic effect of concrete cladding, IS counts among its clients not only private customers for residential construction but also numerous public places such as lounge bars, hair salons, pubs and restaurants. To the private client, the firm reserves even more attention by following him step by step from the initial idea to the final realization. All clients are offered personalized and highly professional service so as to ensure their full satisfaction.
